Started trying to schedule service a week in advance. Tried twice to schedule service through the Kia app. Never got a callback. The service, although a minor one, was again handled with care and professionalism. Steve Hammerquist -as ALWAYS- was the dream of a service manager (correct word?). Don't make an ONLINE appointment on the same day -- they may have trouble fitting you in. I made an appointment at 9:30am for 3pm that day -- assuming that the computer system had up-to-date information on may have trouble fitting you in. When I arrived at 3pm, I was told that it might take as long as 3 hours to get my tire rotation and inspection (for an EV). They apparently had a couple techs call in sick. I can sympathize, but Arapahoe Kia could stand to do some work on their online scheduling system. The simplest change would be to disallow same-day appointments online -- just ask the customer to call. I would have happily done that. Or maybe check your system at lunch time and call folks who have "waiting" appointments. Instead, I'm rescheduling after wasting an hour driving to and from the dealer. When I have completed an appointment with this service center (in the past), the work has been done well, and reasonably quickly. More
