I was told when I dropped the car off that it would be two hours. I accepted the Lyft ride home and waited to be called when my car was finished. At three hours, I contacted via text and was told that the two hours. I accepted the Lyft ride home and waited to be called when my car was finished. At three hours, I contacted via text and was told that the car was just finished. Roni Franklin told me that he did not start till nine and was not told that my car needed to be done at two hours. Because the car was finished later than promised my ride back to the dealership from my wife was unavailable. I tried to contact service department to get a ride via Lyft back, but my texts and phone call message was never returned. Because of that my wife was not able to get me to pick the car up for another two hours and I missed an appointment which I had made planned around the promised time of completion. Also, I have to get my car washed because the washing that was given to me at the dealership left water spots all over the car that looks awful. More

Our brand new 2026 EV9 was here for repairs for 24 days. We didn’t receive a rental car until day 10. Since getting our vehicle back, we’ve been slapped with multiple charges for the rental car company. We We didn’t receive a rental car until day 10. We also asked that the car be detailed since it was sitting outside for 24 days and the service center said yes but didn’t do it. We escalated our issue to Kia corporate to try and receive some sort of compensation for our troubles and they declined. However, Will, our service technician was great to work with and clearly communicated along the way. More
