We were looking for a specific make, model, and year and wanted a certified pre-owned vehicle. Although we live in Las Vegas, the closest we could find what we were looking for was at Arapahoe Kia. Because wanted a certified pre-owned vehicle. Although we live in Las Vegas, the closest we could find what we were looking for was at Arapahoe Kia. Because of the costs involved in flying up, we needed to negotiate and close the deal ahead of time. This experience was quick and easy. Jake worked with me on price and offered a reimbursement for travel costs. They replaced the tires of the Sorento we purchased without request and made sure I had a full tank of gas. The price was very fair and they were upfront about all costs (no annoying hidden fees). This was quite possibly the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve bought quite a few. Only negative was their requirement to run a credit check despite the fact I came in with prearranged financing. Everyone was friendly and professional. The experience at the dealership took slightly less than 2 hours and were on our way. I recently purchased two different Kia’s from two different dealerships in Las Vegas and far prefer my experience at Arapahoe Kia. Thanks Jake and Elle! More
