Mark on the service side was courteous, professional and followed up on an intermittent electrical problem I have had in the past. He showed me how to move the transmission selector from neutral to drive if followed up on an intermittent electrical problem I have had in the past. He showed me how to move the transmission selector from neutral to drive if the problem ever happens again. He and the crew thoroughly checked out other possible electrical alternatives as well. My round trip ride with Lyft went without a hitch as Arapahoe installed my new ignition switch in one single stop.
