Started trying to schedule service a week in advance. Tried twice to schedule service through the Kia app. Never got a callback. The service, although a minor one, was again handled with care and professionalism. Steve Hammerquist -as ALWAYS- was the dream of a service manager (correct word?). Don't make an ONLINE appointment on the same day -- they may have trouble fitting you in. I made an appointment at 9:30am for 3pm that day -- assuming that the computer system had up-to-date information on may have trouble fitting you in. When I arrived at 3pm, I was told that it might take as long as 3 hours to get my tire rotation and inspection (for an EV). They apparently had a couple techs call in sick. I can sympathize, but Arapahoe Kia could stand to do some work on their online scheduling system. The simplest change would be to disallow same-day appointments online -- just ask the customer to call. I would have happily done that. Or maybe check your system at lunch time and call folks who have "waiting" appointments. Instead, I'm rescheduling after wasting an hour driving to and from the dealer. When I have completed an appointment with this service center (in the past), the work has been done well, and reasonably quickly. More

I was told when I dropped the car off that it would be two hours. I accepted the Lyft ride home and waited to be called when my car was finished. At three hours, I contacted via text and was told that the car was just finished. Roni Franklin told me that he did not start till nine and was not told that my car needed to be done at two hours. Because the car was finished later than promised my ride back to the dealership from my wife was unavailable. I tried to contact service department to get a ride via Lyft back, but my texts and phone call message was never returned. Because of that my wife was not able to get me to pick the car up for another two hours and I missed an appointment which I had made planned around the promised time of completion. Also, I have to get my car washed because the washing that was given to me at the dealership left water spots all over the car that looks awful. More

I took my car in for an oil change and some recalls. I worked with Will and it was such a great experience. He got me a Lyft to and from work, he communicated well with the service of my vehicle and h I worked with Will and it was such a great experience.
