From the first phone call letting service know I would be a little late for my appointment due to traffic, I was impressed when Cecil assured me to be careful and that I would be serviced no matter what. Upon arrival Cecil greeted me and detailed the services that would take place and made suggestions to keep my carvin tip top shape. Because of Cecil I ended up purchasing all new tires and alignment. Even the cashier was warm and welcoming. I recently moved since purchasing my vehicle but I feel like this location is consistently helpful and professional in every department. Southwest freeway. Great experience! I had a 10:30 appointment, drive in at 10:15 and was seen right away. The service was scheduled to take much longer than I had anticipated & they arr I had a 10:30 appointment, drive in at 10:15 and was seen right away. The service was scheduled to take much longer than I had anticipated & they arranged for an Uber home & back. The service representative was professional & courteous. They even ran it through the car wash after service! More
