1 star. Undisclosed policy wasted our morning and cost them a sale. Booked an appointment online for our 2012 Beetle, entering the make, model, and year during booking. The car was checked in normally. After a 20-minute wait, we were told the dealership has a policy against servicing vehicles over 10 years old unless purchased there, because it "costs them more money than they make on them." That policy is not written down anywhere. Not on the website, not during online booking, even after entering the vehicle year, not on the intake form, not at check-in. We only found out after showing up and going through check-in. They would not run diagnostics, which was the entire point of the visit. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive when asked about the lack of disclosure. We were actually close to being in the market for a new car and planned to use this appointment to help decide. Instead of a conversation about options or a trade-in, we got turned away and a clear message that our business wasn't wanted unless we'd bought the car there. Not exactly how you build customer loyalty. We won't be back for service or for a new car purchase. More

They go above and beyond what is "required", and are always willing to work with me to come up with a satisfactory solution considerate of my needs.
