The process to buy my 2019’Regal GS went amazing! The sales guy Cesar went above & beyond to make this deal work. Then when I went in to talk to Mike in financing to close on the deal he was extreme The sales guy Cesar went above & beyond to make this deal work. We have made this our dealership for new/used vehicle purchases mostly because of the excellent service provided. Shout out to Brian Poteracki, who is everything a good Service Advisor should be. Today purchases mostly because of the excellent service provided. Shout out to Brian Poteracki, who is everything a good Service Advisor should be. Today, for instance, he took the time to explain the Driver Information Center on our recently purchased, pre-owned 2019 Buick Encore. He also noticed a low tire pressure alert on the right rear tire and added some air to it. All on a busy afternoon. This is why we always ask for Brian to be our advisor whenever we bring our car in.
