Robert was very aggressive and rude during our Consultation. We came out to look at a vehicle and knew that the finances would be the biggest conversation piece for us. Unfortunately Robert comple Consultation. We came out to look at a vehicle and knew that the finances would be the biggest conversation piece for us. Unfortunately Robert completely ruined the experience. We would not recommend dealing with this manager. Aleksei was very nice without him the complete experience would have been awful. It's unfortunate that Robert decided to behave that way, especially towards customers. We were open to other options and we were ready to buy. But the way he spoke and presented himself completely turned us off from buying from this dealership. I would never recommend dealing with this sales manager if you decide to come to Arlington Heights Buick dealership. More
