Always a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, professional, courteous, & Knowledgeable. The only problem is they used to have loaner vehicles and now since the owner has changed it is no longer professional, courteous, & Knowledgeable. The only problem is they used to have loaner vehicles and now since the owner has changed it is no longer available to their customers. That was always a plus in my mind. I came to them this time for an oil change and other problems were found. I waited 6 hours to have the car receive the oil change and also a new starter. I await the new tire need. Dean was attentive always updated me as to the work being done. He was so sorry for me to have to wait so long. He asked if they could take me home or get me lunch. I just wanted to wait as long as was there. More

Even though I live in Wisconsin with a really busy schedule, Cesar worked with me to see the car I wanted as soon as possible. He was friendly and very easy to work with. Would not recommend this dealership. After speaking to a sales rep and making sure I would get my Gm employee discount and being told yes, I wanted to move forward with a 2021 GMC Yukon XL. All of sudden wo sales rep and making sure I would get my Gm employee discount and being told yes, I wanted to move forward with a 2021 GMC Yukon XL. All of sudden would not accept the discount!!! GM Employees/Retiree don’t give this dealership your hard earned money!! More
