Wonderful experience My husband and I recently had the opportunity to buy a car from Sullivan. When we arrived we were looking for a specific vehicle. We'd expected to be bombarded by "shark-like salespeople." We also expected to be pushed into things we weren't ready for even though we qualified. OH HOW WONDERFULLY WRONG WE WERE! Nobody came and stalked us around the parking lot. We actually went and found a salesperson when we were ready. And from the moment we were introduced until the time we left the building, everyone was courteous, helpful, and put our needs first. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've already been telling my friends and family about this place and I will continue to do so! Danielle, the other sales personnel, the finance dept, and everyone else far exceeded my expectations. Victor Melendez greeted me , asked me what I was in the market for and showed me a crossover. I took it for a test drive but the lease pricing was more than I wanted to spend. He suggested I look at a low mileage Verano (BTW it's the same car my friend has). I took it for a test drive and confirmed how much I liked it. Victor as able to put together financing that put me right in my budget. My overall experience was great. No hassles - just friendly and professional service. Her expertise in the vehicles features and safety rating more than met my family’s expectations and I must say it’s a pleasure doing business with this dealership.
