We wanted to get another car, so my husband didn't have to drive our Suburban to work every day. We have been Sullivan customers for more than 15 years (both to purchase our cars and to service them) and obviously, we keep coming back. I had wanted an Acadia almost since they first came out, but we hadn't found the right deal until now. Our salesman was Chris and he was great (personable, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and low-pressure). He took his time--even though we were there until after closing--and he did everything in his power to make our lease deal work for us. I got a beautiful 2013 Acadia for a price I feel great about. (And my husband gets to drive our sedan to work every day--win, win!) I would recommend Sullivan--and Chris--to all of my friends. Thanks again, Chris! PS, I rated Sullivan as Excellent for Quality of Work, even though we leased a brand new vehicle and have not had service or repairs on it, yet. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle I came to look at (and eventually purchased) and kept us informed throughout the process. There was the obligatory hard sell of the extended warranty protection during the closing process, but even that wasn't too bad. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sullivan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I have visited many dealerships over the years and have never had such a positive experience. Last week my wife and I went into Sullivan Buick to see if we could purchase two cars, within the price range w never had such a positive experience. Last week my wife and I went into Sullivan Buick to see if we could purchase two cars, within the price range we had previously set. Gabe greeted us and listened very carefully to us he then ran some numbers and showed us our options. We ended up with exactly what I expected a new Buick for my wife and a used car for my daughter. I can't express how painless the entire process was, never has an auto dealership left me with such a good feeling. I would recommend Gabe and the dealership to my friends and family without hesitation. I must say I was shocked that the finance manager did not try to sell us stuff we did not need nor want!!! More
