Went in for my 2nd oil change since I bought the car, also at the same dealership. Had Chris as my service advisor, again, so I know it'll be a good experience. While checking in, he patiently answered a also at the same dealership. Had Chris as my service advisor, again, so I know it'll be a good experience. While checking in, he patiently answered a few questions I had regarding the blind spot detection sensor operation to ease my concerns. They have a working area with table and comfortable office chairs so I could get some work done while waiting there. This makes it feasible for me to come in on weekdays, which is great. Everything went smoothly with the oil change and got the complimentary car wash when it's done. Will be coming back for my future service needs. More

My sales person was good and patient. He was willing to give all the time I needed with the car. The finance manager was rude and impatient. On top of that he was not an expert at his job He was willing to give all the time I needed with the car. The finance manager was rude and impatient. On top of that he was not an expert at his job and struggled to get through the basics. I would not recommend a somewhat complex purchase from them. Good inventory , fine enough facility. This is a small thing, but you don’t get but a half talk with a used car! Spending 35$ more dollars would not hurt them, it’s the small things. More
