Service consultant should come to inform customer for update for whatever reasons of delay. Customer will understand if you explain to them . My receipt on credit card shown at 13:51 hrs Case and point:if you have too much work load ,ask somebody for help. More

Chris was very helpful explaining what repairs were needed after I failed emmisions test the day before. My GMC Terrain was fixed in a timely manner and I passed the next day easily.
