Service department needs major improvement on their professional work ethics. I had major engine work done. When I pickef up my car and drove it, it was vibrating. Had to take it back. Then it took professional work ethics. I had major engine work done. When I pickef up my car and drove it, it was vibrating. Had to take it back. Then it took another week to get back.. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change. That is a ridiculous amount of time. I'm never going back. The lady that I worked with was rude; she took a phone call when she told me she would meet me at th ridiculous amount of time. I'm never going back. The lady that I worked with was rude; she took a phone call when she told me she would meet me at the desk with my paperwork to pay and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her. I was looking at my car that I had waited 2 hours for through the window and couldn't leave because she decided to take a phone call with my paperwork in hand! More
