My 99 Avalon bought in 2003 has came back for regular service and I always ask for Mike Sandelin. Overall, my experience was good. I was told it would be 3-4 hours to service my car and they recommended dropping it off. I’m so glad i did as it was about 6 hours before it was done, and i still have to t 3-4 hours to service my car and they recommended dropping it off. The staff are all friendly and the waiting area was clean and accommodating to being 6ft apart, during the short time i was in there. I wish that they would stick to their timeframe given, or at least call if it was running late, but overall the experience was fine. More
My daughter scheduled an appointment in advanced; waited almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nis almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nissan Versa and an oil change. The service agent had a total disregard for her time and did not express remorse or empathy after letting her know that he was incompetent and could not assist her. I find that to be totally unacceptable. She had to be inconvenience by returning the next day. The good news is that it was eventually repaired and she was not charged. Also we typically do not have these issues with Arlington Toyota. More
