Arrived at service and it was very backed up due to problem with systems. The service advisor was very apologetic and said he would do his best to get my car serviced. I have been a customer of Arlington Toyota for 15 years or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for service if he will be working on the day I want/do my service. I trust what he tells me about my van's condition and what it needs most urgently at that time and what items, if any, can wait for my next visit. He always lets me know what is needed and the cost before they actually start the work unless it is just the normal/routine oil change and checking everything. More
