Trash. (Joey our salesman was great) but everyone else is trash. Myself and my fiancé are both disabled veterans, so we try to conduct ourselves in a respec (Joey our salesman was great) but everyone else is trash. Myself and my fiancé are both disabled veterans, so we try to conduct ourselves in a respectful manner and are pretty patient people. Well, he purchased a vehicle on January 23, 2024. January 30th he contacted them because it was running funny and they told him they “forgot” to do a fresh oil change. He took it in, they changed the oil, ran a diagnostic test and said everything was fine. Cool. Friday, February 2nd, he’s driving and it can’t accelerate over 30 and shaking really bad. The next day he drove it up there and told them what was going on. They paid for a Lyft for him to get to work. That afternoon he still hadn’t heard from anyone about what was wrong so we went back up there to find out once he got off. Come to find out, he needed an entire new engine, (Laura in the service department has the picture of the huge hole that was in the engine in her phone). They said they’d get him a rental on February 3rd but everything was closed. So we left the vehicle there (after one of the geniuses suggested he keep driving it until Monday with engine trouble 😒). He got the rental on Monday from Hertz. His truck was in the shop from 2/3-2/19. We picked it up Monday, on Wednesday he realized the steering wheel was sticking whenever he turned the wheel, and he had to basically force it back into the correct position. So, Arlington Toyota has a 30 day exchange policy. At this point, just give him another vehicle, right? We’re within the 30 days. Now all of a sudden, he’s somehow driven the truck over 1,100 miles and they can’t do an exchange. First issue, nowhere in writing does it say anything about the mileage limit. Second issue, I had them pull service records TODAY 2/23/24 and there are almost 300 unaccounted miles from 2/3-2/5/24 WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION! Someone up there is lying, and I will get to the bottom of this. They kept the truck to try to see what’s going on but a complaint has been filed with Toyota Headquarters. Dillon (thank you for showing us the service records) but Laura, Shawn, Juan Zapata and John Watson…you will be hearing from us again!!! More

BUYERS BEWARE! ! STAY AWAY!!! This dealership is not in your best interest. I recently purchased a vehicle and I chose the dealer interest rate. I intentionality scr ! STAY AWAY!!! This dealership is not in your best interest. I recently purchased a vehicle and I chose the dealer interest rate. I intentionality scratched out the 72 month plan on the negotiation sheet because it has much higher interest and also told them verbally I didn’t want that interest rate and despite all of that they still put that interest rate on my paperwork and gave me a hard time in making a change to my contract. Also they will mark up the price of the warranty when you are doing your paperwork. Not everyone gets the same price for the warranty like it should be. They are snakes and mark them up and attempt to force you to buy different warranties that are extremely overpriced. This dealership has definitely shown that they are not in my best interest. BUYERS BEWARE!! More

Buenas tardes señor, estoy mas que dijustadisima, me acaban de robar en su consepcioanrio y además se rieron sus trabajadores en mi cara. Hace año y medio fui a hacer la rotacion de goma y cuando fui n acaban de robar en su consepcioanrio y además se rieron sus trabajadores en mi cara. Hace año y medio fui a hacer la rotacion de goma y cuando fui nuevamente hace un año me habian desaparecido la yave de clan, tuvieon que darme nuevo juego clan para hacer la rotación de gomas, y hoy por haber tenido esa amarga experiencia la vez pasada, mandé a hacer cambio de aceite, cambio de filtro de motor y rotación de goma, cuando llamé a hacer la cita por la mañana para las 10 00 am, a nombre de Lilleana Albertina Macet Gil, Toyota corola del 2017, me dijeron que yo tenía cupón y que el cambio de aceite era $19.50 dólares y no fue así me cobraron más y además me cobraron la rotación de goma, y cuando fui a mi carro revisé para ver si mi yave de clan se encontraba y no estaba cuando le pregunté a la muchacha rubia que me atendió ella buscó y buscó y no la encontró y cuando fue a averiguar por mi yave de clan vinieron y me dijeron que no estaba y que por esa razón no me hicieron rotación de goma, o sea me iva confiada para mi casa porque supuestamente me habían hecho rotación de gomas, cosa que era mentira porque me lo cobraron, si no llega a hacer porque yo revisé mi carro para ver si la yave de clan estaba, no me entero que el servicio no se había hecho, fue una falta de respeto y además se reían de mi..jamás pensé que a una mujer sola le podrían hacer semejante abuso, espero me ayude con respuesta clara para este dijusto tan grande del robo que me ivan a hacer hoy más la burla de el maneger con la muchacha rubia que me atendió Gracias.. A year and a half ago I went to do the rubber rotation and when I went again a year ago my clan yave had disappeared, they had to give me a new clan game to do the rubber rotation, and today because I had that bitter experience last time , I sent for an oil change, engine filter change and rubber rotation, when I called to make the appointment in the morning for 10:00 am, in the name of Lilleana Albertina Macet Gil, 2017 Toyota Corolla, they told me that I had a coupon and that the oil change was $19.50 dollars and that was not the case, they charged me more and they also charged me for the tire rotation, and when I went to my car I checked to see If my clan yave was found and it wasn't there, when I asked the blonde girl who attended to me, she searched and searched and didn't find it and when she went to find out about my clan yave, they came and told me that it wasn't there and that for that reason They didn't rotate my tires, that is, I was confident that I would go home because supposedly they had rotated my tires, which was a lie because they charged me for it, if they didn't do it because I checked my car to see if the clan yave I was, I didn't realize that the service had not been done, it was a lack of respect and they also laughed at me... I was left in the show room for 3 hours waiting to buy the car. There was no financing it should not have taken that long.
