Hospitality I was in search for a very particular, pre-owned vehicle . I looked at major online dealers, some who specialize in pre-owned vehicles, but never foun I was in search for a very particular, pre-owned vehicle . I looked at major online dealers, some who specialize in pre-owned vehicles, but never found the right combination of price and condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only what I exactly wanted but also a vehicle that was still under factory warranty, due to the mileage. It came with all the original papers, purchase history, tags and still had the plastic protectors attached. However, I am missing the vehicle SD card. I will have to to follow up with the dealership service team or management, about receiving this item. Sandra Howard provided excellent service, extremely satisfied with the sales transaction and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! Save Time & Buy Out-of-State Salesman constantly calling to get you in the door, but hesitant to provide pricing over the phone. I was in the area and stopped but just to see the Salesman constantly calling to get you in the door, but hesitant to provide pricing over the phone. I was in the area and stopped but just to see the vehicles. The internet salesman was not in, but another person showed me around the lot (Matt). He was very friendly and helpful. The internet salesman called the next day asking me to come back. I told him his pricing wasn’t competitive (didn’t even offer a discount below MSRP). He shrugged it off and wished me luck, saying the TRD PRO is rare (had five on the lot; 780+ available online). I purchased out of state the next week we’ll below MSRP OTD. Save yourself the hassle and avoid high-markup dealerships in the southeast. More
