I bought my car at Arlington and have had all my service at Arlington. With my most recent incident, Chauncey was so friendly and helpful. He made sure that my car was fixed and ready for the long car trip. It was a stressful Monday morning that included my car not starting. Chauncey made sure that my car was also washed and vacuumed. It definitely brightened my day to get my car back in working condition and so clean!!! More

Recent Service Brakes were acting funny on my very used (190k) Sienna. Made an appointment, Tucker Darnell took care of my and kept me informed throughout the day. Actually turned out to be less expensive than originally thought. 3 days later, my daughter ran over a screw and flattened the tire. I got enough air in it to drive to the dealer. We first test drove the new Camry, liked it, then test drove the RAV4, and liked it as well. Our car hunt included Mazda CX-5, KIA Optima, KIA Sportage, and Hyundai Tuscon. Arlington's sales staff encouraged us to choose the car that would make us happy -- so if one of the other brands was a better fit for us... then that was okay. They did follow up to see how our decision was proceeding, but were always low pressure. We don't often buy cars, but when we buy our next car, Arlington (and AJ) will be at the top of our list.
