2016 Prius review Saw the 2016 Prius on line listed in December. Spoke to Mike Marinelli and discussed the car and my current car to be traded in. I live 7 hours away in South Florida, we discussed the car again in January. I also dealt with Don in the internet dept, we agreed on trade in and purchase price. I drove up and purchased the car sight unseen, just from the postings I saw on line. Mike met me at the dealership, Toma handled the paperwork, all in all a good experience. Bottom line....saw a car on line.... haggled a bit.. drove up to get car...car was exactly as promised... paperwork was as promised.... took a while to complete paperwork at the dealership ( came in on a busy Saturday ) Definitely would recommend Arlington Toyota and staff..... would not hesitate to drive back for my next car More

Scheduled maintenance Raymond Cassidy has been my sole service advisor for years, ever since I started buying Toyota. I trust him totally with the service and maintenance of my vehicles. Since my wife puts few miles on her vehicle, it takes experience to determine a proper service schedule. Normally I ask what is due and when and leave the rest to him. When I trust my vehicles to any other service writer, at any service center, I regret it. This comes at a price. Until recently, Mr. Cassidy worked at a very comfortable Toyota service less than five miles from home. To continue my association with Raymond, I have to drive over 25 miles one way. Because of that distance, I have to wait. Raymond took a personal interest in seeing that the wait was a short as possible. He was there when I arrived, the car did not sit before being serviced, kept me updated on its progress (I have an annoying number of questions) and he me on my way. As long as you have Raymond Cassidy, I'll make the trip. More

The best Salesman Pat Southy is the best. The whole crew in finance, Anna, Ken, Matt and Jerrod teamed up to make a semingly impossible situation work. Mike in Salesman Pat Southy is the best. Beware of the Collision Center I dropped my vehicle off for a 3-4 day minor repair and they had a total of 6 days to work on it because I was out of town. When I called to pick it u I dropped my vehicle off for a 3-4 day minor repair and they had a total of 6 days to work on it because I was out of town. When I called to pick it up the following week, it was incomplete. Not only was that a severe inconvenience, but the next day, I find out that it was hit by another customer while it was there. They don't know what day that occurred, but they have the insurance information....yet never filed the claim...never filed a police report...and DID NOT CALL ME WHEN IT HAPPENED. Getting the run around and conflicting stories of what occurred and why I wasn't notified. Shady way to run a business. They sat on it and keep saying they had no idea it was my car so that they could tell me. If they can't keep straight who owns what vehicle then I don't trust them to work on anything I own. No accountability and they hoped that the insured would report it wasting valuable time it getting anything resolved. Will never go back. More

Our salesperson, Dillon Cherena was awesome. Efficient, helpful, pleasant, accommodating and not just before the sale was made. He has been just as helpful after our purchase. Good service and a great purchase experience. Service on our old Camry was up to standard (my own high standard) but I was particularly happy with the recent purchase experience of our new Prius P Service on our old Camry was up to standard (my own high standard) but I was particularly happy with the recent purchase experience of our new Prius Prime Advanced. Mike Marinelli managed to obtain one for us by our 31 December deadline when other dealerships threw up their hands without trying. He was knowledgeable, capable, intelligent, friendly (but not overly so as many salesmen are) and hard-working, The price seemed fair (no premium thrown in for market factors as could have been attempted considering how scarce the car was) and everything was up front. He even personally attended to the delivery from the distant dealer who had a car meeting our requirements which became available because a sales contract for it had fallen through.. More
