Mr. Gary was very helpful in finding what I was looking for in a truck. I took 3 days, because I went to other dealers. I came into Arlington Toyota to get my new Scion FR-S. It was an overall smooth process and it never felt like I was pressured and Linda was so friendly it felt like I was buying a car from a friend. I was in for an oil change and decided to walk around looking at vehicles with no intentions of buying a vehicle. To my surprise I was approached by Mr. Irvin Ricks who greeted me with a smile and asked looking at vehicles with no intentions of buying a vehicle. With that being said, he asked me had I seen the new Camry but I told him that when the time comes for to buy another Toyota I would upgrade to an Avalon. He showed me the new Avalon and after the test drive I was sold. It was truly a pleasure working with him. I am very happy with my 2013 Avalon Limited Edition. More
