Had my oil change at Arlingtion Toyota today. The technician left a pint of oil in the engine compartment and it ruptured my fan belt. After shopping around both times- we’ve now purchased 2 vehicles from Arlington Toyota. At other Toyota dealers we were actually told to call them in a couple weeks to see if they got in the vehicle we wer vehicles from Arlington Toyota. At other Toyota dealers we were actually told to call them in a couple weeks to see if they got in the vehicle we were looking for... Then another tried to charge us almost $2k over a current year MSRP for but for a Used, 1yr old vehicle with 15k miles.smh Ya can’t make this stuff up. Arlington Toyota is Much easier to do business with. And unlike the other dealerships, they consistently have vehicles coming in/in stock. There are also always plenty of polite, helpful salespeople available to help. Gil Mariano & Renee are who we worked with this time. We were able to test drive every time we wanted to, no problem. There was no pressure from our salesmen either time but this time I did get some email communications from their online team. In full transparency, there was the “expected” new car buying frustration with pushy financing and no price flexibility, etc. In our experience the salesmen were laid back but this time yes (post “2020”) it’s clearly a sellers market. Though I don’t feel that Arlington Toyota is overly price gouging-at all. I would highly recommend you do due diligence & look at that paper on the window before signing off on the final pricing because much to our chagrin the pack of 4 charging cords they gave us as we were preparing to drive off of the lot were not a free gift but we paid $73.00 for them! lol Our fault for not looking at the fine print closely enough. It is what it is and we feel like we got a fair deal given the current shortages and what-not. What’s fact and not feeling is that it’s fair-er than we would’ve gotten at any other Toyota dealership in town. As far as planned maintenance/oil changes - yes be prepared to wait a long time. They do offer free Uber rides if you’d like to not have to wait at the dealership the whole time though. Full transparency we have Toyotaguard protection up to x amount of miles/months but we haven’t had any issues requiring we use it yet so we can’t speak to that experience. More

Usually the service is exceptional however today even though I had a 7 am appt my car was overlooked and not serviced timely. It was almost 9 before I checked out. Later that day I noticed that one item from the 50K maintenance wasn’t addressed. The drivers installation mat wasn’t connected on the left side. Seems that the turn bolt is missing and the carpet piece won’t stay in place. Seems that would be an item to discuss with me snd see if a part could be ordered to fix the situation. I’m waiting on a return call from the advisor who assisted me, Rande Kristiansen. More
They made three different offers before we had a deal but once we agreed, they honored that offer and we were happy. We came to buy the car and everyone was very nice and helpful! Negatives are: It took so long, and the salesmen didn’t show us how to use all the options on our vehicle. The most annoying negative was that we are from Georgia and the employee didn’t know how to handle our tag business. It took days of mailing papers back and forth because he didn’t get what he wanted while we were there. Then he found out we were right about how to get our tag. Crazy! More
