This review is not based on the Employees that have tried to help throughout this process but the overall process. The overall process is absolutely awful. I have dealt with at least 3 Service managers and n to help throughout this process but the overall process. The overall process is absolutely awful. I have dealt with at least 3 Service managers and none seem to have any idea of what was going on. The last Manager I dealt with 2 weeks ago I will say was brand new to the dealership. And understand that he was unaware of my situation. The service writers we absolutely fantastic considered the circumstances that they have to work with. The service it self did not seem to be performed correctly and completely. Tuff to say work was completed and vehicle was tested and “Drove As Should “ when I picked it up multiple time and the vehicle still drifted left and steering wheel was not centered. More
