I’m just a little upset that I couldn’t select zero stars. This is absolutely the worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. They also disrespected my wife and treat her like garbage when she called to get the status of her car. It was there for over four months and was given a loaner vehicle that was half the size and capability of our car. More

I had an appointment and my truck sat there for nearly a month before they had even looked at it. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with anybody in the service department let alone my service write month before they had even looked at it. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with anybody in the service department let alone my service writer who had always “called in” that day. I almost believe the man didn’t exist.I had an exhaust leak after they had replaced the turbocharger just a few months before. They wanted to charge over $800 to replace a clamp and a gasket on the turbo. That they had already had off. I also had a complaint about a clunking noise in the driveline. They claimed they couldn’t find the clunk “due to all of the aftermarket parts on the truck” the truck has a leveling kit and air suspension in the rear. That’s the extent of the “aftermarket parts” Then they billed me over $430 to tell me those two things. I won’t be back. Lol More
