Bathrooms contained no soap in dispensers. Hand sanitizer in waiting room was empty. Dealership charges 3% for using a credit card. For the past 11 years I have been dealing with Arrigo Fiat/Alfa and I have nothing but high praise for everyone at this dealership. I would be hard pressed to imagine any other dealer in the United Stat Fiat/Alfa and I have nothing but high praise for everyone at this dealership. I would be hard pressed to imagine any other dealer in the United States that treats their customers the way this dealership does. The service department is the finest I have experienced in more than 50 years of owning automobiles. Most dealership service departments are about as thrilling to visit as the dentist but these individuals consider every Alfa owner a member of the Arrigo family and it shows. 10 out of 10. More
Claudio in servicing is, belligerent, disrespectful & a liar. He lied about my approving a diagnostic fee , he lied about my coming to the dealership 4 times prior requesting the same service as today..he liar. He lied about my approving a diagnostic fee , he lied about my coming to the dealership 4 times prior requesting the same service as today..he called me a liar when i told him that the service department added Freon to my vehicle, saying he knows for a fact that they didn’t do it, when i know for a fact they did. He didn’t even look up in the service records to confirm it, he went back one visit. If he’s what this service department has to offer, I would stay away. When I complained to his manager, he was very nice. Unfortunately, you don’t deal with the service manager on a daily, you have to deal with Claudio, NO, thank you ! More
