Before Visiting the dealership, I had not planned on purchasing a new car. However, after meeting with Elison, I felt comfortable enough to explain my situation and he explained how a new car may be wi purchasing a new car. Elison worked tirelessly to find the perfect car to fit my particular desires and financial situation. I was further encouraged to find that everyone that I met in the dealership made the process bearable and even likeable. I believe that one of the last people that I met with was Andrew in finance. He made it a point to explain all of the features, benefits and obligations involved with my new purchase. He answered all of my questions and made me very confident that I made the correct purchase at the right dealership. Finally, I met with Mark in customer relations. Our conversation further solidified my satisfaction with the dealership. He explained further benefits of being a Dodge owner and, more specifically, an Arrigo Dodge client. I know that everyone must get this treatment, but for the time that we met, I felt as though I was getting the "red carpet" treatment. He explained how Arrigo Dodge was going to be at my side during a major part of my car ownership experience. We had a wonderful experience with David Kelley. We went in to buy my son's first car. We were thinking used but David took us to see everything and showed us how it was a much better investment to buy new. in to buy my son's first car. I first contacted Arrigo by internet just to check and see if they had a particular car in stock. Within minutes I was contacted by Sherry and told the specific car that I inquired about was not the speci see if they had a particular car in stock. Within minutes I was contacted by Sherry and told the specific car that I inquired about was not the specific model that I wanted but that she did have one available. We setup an appointment for Saturday just so I could see what they could do for me. When me and my wife got there we were early for our appointment and Sherry apologized for not being able to help us right away and had another co-worker pull the car out for us and take us for a test drive. After the test drive it was time to talk numbers. Well I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised at how easy it was to negotiate with them and get the deal done. They gave me a good number for my trade and a good number on the new car. They had me out of there from start to finish in 2 1/2 hours with the car detailed. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle. More

All of the dealership staff were friendly, professional and accomodating. It was the fastest and most relaxed atomosphere I've encountered for purchasing a new car. Most everything went off without a hitch except the temp license wasn't available (system down, not dealership's fault) and the gas tank was only filled up 3/4 when they said it would be filled. But everyone we encountered made the whole car-buying process easier - not the chore it used to be. Thanks. More
