I think Jose, Ken and Mark were very good at what they do. The only problem I have with my overall experience is with some guy at the end that I do not know. (Can't remember his name, wish I could becaus do. The only problem I have with my overall experience is with some guy at the end that I do not know. (Can't remember his name, wish I could because I would blast his tattoo slezy car dealer self) He came in to tell me that they couldn't get the loan approved like they originally said, they made up some lame excuse as to why.(My loan payoff was $300 more , which makes no sense and leaves me to believe this is what they were doing the whole time) However, they approved me for a credit card. The credit card would be used for a very high down payment to make all the numbers work. It did lower my monthly payment, but now I have a high interest credit card...so what if its 0% for a few months. It was at the end of a very long day, and I probably should have walked away, but up to this point I was happy. They were doing a double your down payment thing this weekend, and when I mentioned that I am now giving a down payment, it was no this is to help the loan. So this would not be doubled. Now I was upside down in the car I traded in, and did leave with a very nice car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) And everyone that was there (Jose, Ken, and Mark) were great during the experience. However, I should have been excited after my purchase, and instead this guy and the credit card thing ruined that last moment. Like I said in the end, the cost a month is probably similiar (like this guy said), but I think it lowered the overall experience. I also feel like a high interest credit card is not the same as a auto loan. Also, I feel like the price they quoted with no downment was good, but with a large down payment (taken from credit card) I feel that is was not as good. As a result I feel like I now overpaid for the car, and dropped the experience from Great to Good. More

It was a pleasant car buying experience. I purchased a new car, traded my old car, and walked out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. AWESOME. My salesman, Dave Kelley was genuinely nice. My experience this past weekend on a purchase of a new Dodge Durango was exceptional. From when we first arrived and Robert in Finance remembered us from the previous year and hooked us up with Milot and Dodge Durango was exceptional. Then we went onto Joe who handled the finance and paperwork and got us the best deal. Then there was Mark after Dark who was also very thorough on the delivery. I have to say I have been buying cars for over 20 years and this by far was the best experience! Thank you to all and Arrigo. And i love my new Durango! More

He wasn't concentrated solely on whether I walk off the lot in a new car. Instead, he wanted to ensure I got the right car, at the right price. He was truly a pleasure to do business with. Andrew was also a pleasure to work with. He helped us get a reasonable finance rate and answered the laundry list of questions we had. He walked us through the finance process very well, and explained everything in great detail. There were no games, no hidden charges, etc. He was one of the best I've ever worked with. Mark took the time to explain a number of things that we would have probably overlooked. He opened the vehicle manual and highlighted the important points, to ensure we were aware of everything associated with the new car purchase. He was great. Another true pleasure to work with. The car buying experience was excellent, from the minute we walked in the door the salesman and sales manager made every effort to get us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted.
