Went for a recall service, to find out parts were not available after making appointment two weeks in advance. Then they suggested some outrageous service that would cost me over 4500 dollars. Hi My experience was 'smooth' at the dealership along side with Mr Martinez. This wasn't my first time at the dealership. January of this year we went in with my parents cause my Dad was is in the market side with Mr Martinez. This wasn't my first time at the dealership. Was going back and forth with the paper work. She was rude and definitely did not make us want to go back. But my brother reach out to someone at Arrigo and pointed us to Adrian Martinez. So with Mr. Martinez our family this is our second time going back. And both times new vehicles! More
