Such as only being allowed to drive the vehicle in the parking lot of the dealership and not the highway. That was a major fail on our end to pursue the sale. The quality of the vehicle has been concerning, especially considering it has under 36,000 miles. The steering wheel shakes at highway speeds, and we haven’t even made our first payment yet. Additionally, despite Golden instructing the dealership to clean and touch up the vehicle, it was dirty upon end of sale. The next morning, we noticed pet hair stuck to the moonroof, and parts of the Jeep were missing or broken. Having purchased used vehicles before, I’ve never encountered such poor quality. This experience reflects poorly on the dealership, and I would caution others against buying from them, as the maintenance and service of the vehicles seem to be overlooked. More

This dealership has some of the most overinflated fees on the market. Dealer fee which they call a documentation fee is $1200. All other made up fees like electronic filing fee $560, battery, tire fee $196, the market. Dealer fee which they call a documentation fee is $1200. Nearly $3000 in fees which they try to leach out of their customers and the way they stack them, you have to pay tax on them. I understand there are some fees due to the local government. However I will be surprised if they are more than 10% of what these greedy people charge. One should avoid this place. Not worth the aggravation. There are other car dealers who for some odd reason charge less, or no dealer fees at all. Go figure how. More
The search for a new Pacifica started online, and I received a text and call within 10 minutes. The whole process from walk-in, trade, sign papers and drive away took less than 3 hours. We were able to get a great deal and are pleased with the whole process. The only problem I have with Arrigo Chrysler is how the service department processes customers. As a new customer coming for service, there is no indication of where to go to get started, like a service desk at most other dealers. I pulled into the Express oil change lane and stood by the vehicle for 15 minutes and no one came to talk with me. The so-called Express Oil Change is anything but express - waiting hour or more to get a oil change. When I called to schedule an oil change I was told they don't do that - just come to the Express. So, I go to the Mobile oil change place where I can be out of there in 15 minutes. So, kudos to sales, but service intake needs work. More
