Purchased a used vehicle. The sales associate has done the bare minimum. I asked him to detail car, he says it was however it was in the same shape as when I test drove it. Waited 3 hours for financing and during that time car was not filled up with gas . Was told that both gas cards were lost and to come back during the week. I got home with the vehicle and the back emblem had fallen off. I’ve sent messages and even had my daughter return and speak to someone and I still have no response on that. If that car wasn’t as new as it is , I would have returned the vehicle yesterday under Floridas lemon law and cancelled the deal. I hope I never have to deal with your dealership again! More
