Terrible experience. Waited over 7 hrs for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment because they couldn't do it right the first time. Then an aggressive service person ver Waited over 7 hrs for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment because they couldn't do it right the first time. Then an aggressive service person verbally assaulted me in the service area and began yelling at me. I had never met this crazed person. This happened in front of the Service Manager who did absolutely nothing and then lied to me he would contact me the next day after he "took care of it." But no call. The General Manager, refused to call me and discuss being assaulted by their employee. Last, the Owners, whom also knew about this issue flatly failed/refused to call me. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE ASSAULTED AFTER WAITING QUIETLY FOR OVER 7 hrs in the WAITING ROOM BY AN xxxxxxx EMPLOYEE. MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP IS NO BETTER! SERVICE SUCKS!!! More
