My husband and I both bought a newer BMW at Arrowhead BMW. Maurice assisted us every step of the way through both purchases. It is wonderful to see the way the employees interact with Maurice. He answered all of our questions, had a staff personally show me all the features of my new care so when I drove off the lot, I didn't need to study the manual. Maurice also gave me a keychain that made me feel special. He is always available to text or call if I have a question. I always feel noticed the minute I walk in the door, and Maurice always has a few minutes to sit down and ask why we are in the shop, and finds a way to get us taken care of quickly. I would send any of my friends or family to purchase from him because he LOVES his job and helping people. He is the first to say if a car will suit our usage or lifestyle, and that means a lot to me. He kept every promise along the way, and we will always buy from him in the future. More

In summary it’s worth giving this dealership a try (ask for Saul) for the pricing, would just recommend focusing on cars which are already in stock on the lot versus something in transit or be prepared for unforeseen delays - 4/5 rating for overall experience since I wish the timelines were better communicated before we agreed to a deal.
