My 2018 Honda CRV wouldn't start one day recently and I called Brandon. He advised me to bring in my vehicle ASAP. With no appointment Brandon had my battery replaced and the job was competed in less than 1 hour. Brandon Whitaker has to be the best service advisor I had ever dealt with from a new car dealership. Beyond my expectation I had gotten into my vehicle only to discover difficulty starting due to what I believe to be possible battery problem. I called the service dept. in distress, it was less than an hour before closing. I spoke with Tom and told him what was happening and he agreed that it sound like the battery. I told him I had a early morning appointment that I could not miss.He told me he was on his way out for the day but he will have someone waiting for me when I arrived. He said no problem they would get it taken care of. I gave him my location and ETA. As promised, a service advisor was waiting, Tom had already started my paperwork and checked on the battery warranty. My car was checked for other possible problems, the battery was the culprit and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you Tom More
