After just 30 minutes, the oil change and tire rotation were complete. A free car wash at Jackson's was included since construction precluded an onsite car wash. After this excellent experience, I will definitely be bringing my 2017 CRV-EX here for future service rather than the previous dealership where I had been going. Seth also gave me important reassurance regarding the oil/gas dilution issue which has been much in discussion on the CRV website, explaining that Arizona vehicles are not affected. Thank you Seth.
