Honda CRV-EX 2018 Charlie Awawdeh I moved from TN in 2016 with a 2015 Honda CRV and had is serviced at Arrrowhead Honda and experienced excellent service at fair prices. When the leas I moved from TN in 2016 with a 2015 Honda CRV and had is serviced at Arrrowhead Honda and experienced excellent service at fair prices. When the lease expired in November I was able to have the 2018 lease structured in a manner that it worked for us. Finding the vehicle on the lot that worked for my wife who is only 5'1" and me at 6'1" was not easy but Charlie Awawdeh put forth exceptional effort and patiance to find the right CRV and best lease. We are very pleased and will recommend Arrowhead to our friends and neighbors. More

My only complaint is that when we pulled up to the service bay, no one came out to greet us. We sat behind another car, with a service attendant chatting with the car's occupant for about ten minutes. I finally got out of my car and walked into the service counter on the left. They told me my representative was in the building on the right. We finally got it all sorted out, but it is a strange way to handle service calls. At all other Honda dealerships, they want me to stay in my car and a representative is usually at my side in a few minutes. More

Took Ridgeline in for warranty work I made an appointment with Tom Urbina for warranty work. I dropped off my Ridgeline and was immediately put in contact with Tom. The Service Departm I made an appointment with Tom Urbina for warranty work. I dropped off my Ridgeline and was immediately put in contact with Tom. The Service Department runs like a well oiled machine. Tom discussed the warranty work, timeframe and sent us for breakfast including a $5.00 gift card. The drivers (to the restaurant and back to Honda) were fantastic. When we returned (work was completed well before estimated 1.5 hours) Tom gave me a detailed report on not only the warranty work but other minor issues that I should be aware of . I am thoroughly impressed with everything in the Service Department and will continue to use their services. More
