However, Mike was very apologetic and took hold of the situation to correct; then ended up going above and beyond any expectations (especially since I didn't have any). He was there and not being pushy and overall a good person to be there to make this a easy transition. Also wanna say that I purchased the vehicle during closing time on Saturday and realized the following morning that my car did not get a proper detail cleaning. I can tell by the hand stains and other marks seen around the car the following day. Usually when someone purchases a vehicle they get a full detail of the car but I don’t believe I did. I believe it was run through your car wash and given to me that way. It will be nice to be able to receive a full detail of a clean on my vehicle on Wednesday when I go in to receive my upgrades that I have a appointment for.
