Brian was extremely patient and thorough with me throughout this purchase. He found a vehicle for me that I absolutely am thrilled with. He made the buying process very easy, from the test drive, through finance, and out the door, with a clean car, and a full demo of its functions. Not only would I purchase another car from Brian and Arrowhead Honda, I would definitely recommend to any friends or family looking to purchase a new vehicle. Excellent service on Monday My "service engine soon" light came on last Saturday, and I called Arrowhead Honda's Service Dept right away. I spoke with Robert and described the co My "service engine soon" light came on last Saturday, and I called Arrowhead Honda's Service Dept right away. I spoke with Robert and described the code that popped up - he said this is routine maintenance and offered me a coupon deal to take care of everything. I made an appointment with Robert for Monday morning -- a terrible time to go to get a car serviced, but I was going out of town on Tuesday and had to get it done. Robert greeted me at 7am and in one hour everything was done. However, he pointed out that my hoses looked worn and because they'd never been replaced, I might consider doing them. No pressure - he just showed me the technician's report. So I decided to get that taken care of, and that took about two hours. I was finished by about 10:15am and on my way. I was impressed with Robert's knowledge and helpfulness and very impressed that I could get this work done efficiently on a Monday morning! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Arrowhead Honda's Service Department. More
