There's a reason that I am a return customer! Great sales (Anthony) and service (Richard) teams . They are knowledgable, friendly and NOT pushy. I will definitely buy another car from them. The team that details the cars for delivery did not do a very good job. I was told that I was going to get a full tank of gas. I got less than 3/4 full. The outline of a sticker on the back window was still there. I had to take it off myself with goo-be-gone. There is also a white crusty stain on the floorboard (I don't even want to know what it is!!!) More

After my under hood inspection, during the test drive, Steven continued explaining the car's new capabilities and we compared performance to our previous three CRVs emphasizing the improvements Honda made over the model years. We are long time Arrowhead Honda customers since 2002. From our arrival to drive away took three hours and was our best car buying experience. Steven continues a tradition of customer satisfaction and good will we've enjoyed from the internet sales team, and service departments for many years. Well done Steven. Thanks for your help. More
