Pleasantly surprised! I was dreading buying a car, but it was time. I thought I would be wasting a Saturday being treated like a child. Nope! Outstanding buying experience and customer care We bought our certified used 2009 Honda Accord through Arrowhead Honda and have all our maintenance done there as well and we get excellent service. We bought our certified used 2009 Honda Accord through Arrowhead Honda and have all our maintenance done there as well and we get excellent service. So, I asked my Service Advisor, Robert Quintana, who he recommended as a good Sales Representative for new cars. He recommended Jeff Anderson. Jeff worked with us, showing us the different Honda Pilot and Ridgeline truck models and giving us all the information we needed while driving each one. He was very patient with us because we took a lot of time deciding on which vehicle we wanted. Jeff answered all of our questions when we called him. A couple of times we made appointments to see him and we had to cancel them due to illness. One day we called Jeff and asked if we could pick up the 2018 accessory sheet for the Honda Pilot and at that time he said he was with another client but he could put the accessory sheet up at the front desk; however, when we got there, Jeff saw us and was able to give the paperwork to my husband, who walks with a cane. Jeff was very thoughtful! We know if we have any questions, we can call Jeff and he will answer our questions and if needed, he will make an appointment with us and go over anything we needed. We finally made a decision on the Honda Pilot and met with Jeff to fill out the paperwork. We did not want to take the vehicle home until all of the accessories were added and then the day we were supposed to pick up the vehicle, we had just gotten back from a doctor's appointment and we called Jeff to tell him we would not be coming in until the next day.
