Arrowhead Honda

We were lied to, taken advantage of, and damaged. I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment I went to the service department to see if my car needed an alignment and I left with a $3000 quote (most of which had nothing to do with an alignment) which my warranty will not cover now because of the way it was handled by the service department. I was also lied to by my service coordinator about needing/not needing an alignment. When we asked for our car back, it was given back to us with parts not replaced completely. I brought these issues up with the service manager 5 hours later, after having to wait 50 minutes for a return phone call, and he told me that I was mistaken and that they didn't do anything wrong. I have had my car serviced with Arrowhead Honda in the past and after today's experience, I will no longer be doing business with them. I felt lied to, taken advantage of, wronged, and disrespected. Customer Service Bryan Bryan is very knowledgeable of the car and took the time to explain all the features to not only myself, but my daughter. When we dif not have time Bryan is very knowledgeable of the car and took the time to explain all the features to not only myself, but my daughter. When we dif not have time for the explanation that night, Bryan took the time a few days later to run through all the features of the car. He took the time to listen to the features that I was looking for and the features that my daughter was looking for in the car. I would recommend Bryan to any of my friends and colleagues looking for an excellent car. More

Kevin took the time THEN to make the case for a Honda without trying to pressure us to buy. We left with his card. Fast forward to December, we did our research and decided Honda was the way to go. We had multiple offers from various dealerships. I picked up the business card that we kept from the October visit and called Kevin. He worked with us to get the car that we wanted at the price we wanted without pressure. When we picked up the car, he took the time to go through all the bells and whistles. We love our car and enjoyed our experience with Arrowhead Honda. More
