Not that we don’t want to, but we can't Your lease contract is not with the dealership, it is with the manufacturers leasing and finance company (Honda Lease Trust) The lease agreement you signed specified how many miles and how much you will have to pay for overage and return condition issues. What charges may be due at lease end? Potential lease end charges can include mileage overage, excess wear, late charges and disposition fees. Mileage overage Leases come with a pre-set mileage allowance per year. A three year lease with a 12,000/year mileage allowance should be returned with less than 36,000 miles to avoid overage charges. Divide your current mileage by the number of months you’ve had the vehicle and then multiply that number by the number of months in the lease to estimate how Many miles will be on the vehicle at lease end (assuming a fairly consistent driving pattern over the term of the lease). • Over-mileage: If your estimated mileage will be over your allowance you have three options—either arrange to drive the vehicle less, pay the mileage penalty at the end of the lease (typically $0.15-$0.30 per mile) or buy the vehicle at the end of the lease. In regards to your post, I want to first say I am sorry that you feel that this item was not fully disclosed. We do our best to avoid misunderstandings and train our employees extensively to limit them. All paperwork is gone over extensively to the customer and all contracts should always be reviewed by the customer and the customer should always understand the terms of their contracts before they sign them. I am sad to see that you were not completely satisfied with your experience. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and do all that we can to eliminate unnecessary steps in the car buying process. Unfortunately, one of the steps we cannot eliminate is the offering of optional products in the Finance office. For our protection and yours, our Salesman, Managers and Finance Mangers are instructed to treat each customer with the same respect and offer 100% of the options available.While not all customers choose to take advantage of the features offered, we have found that a majority of our customers appreciate our full disclosure approach. Every line is broken down on the contract with the amount. Though, some items on the contract are cancelable once agreed upon as others are not. We do have a non-cancellation on certain products. The Data Dots Security system can't be canceled. The original owner didn't have the other key. Car dealerships never provide two keys for used vehicles unless they are given at time of sale or trade- in. It is only mandated for dealerships to give out 2 keys if it is a brand new car / certified car, or two keys are traded in at time of sale. This is standard procedure with any car dealership. In regards to the beliefs that Honda committed Financial fraud consumer deception, fraudulent lending retail breakdown, are more than happy to sit down with you and go over all your documents so you have a better undertsanding of your financial purchase and breakdown.Arrowhead Honda follows all state legislation laws and guidlines.
