After he introduced me to Andres who took GREAT care of me. Buying a car at any dealership takes some time and not only did he get my current vehicle taken care of but he constantly checked in on me through the process and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He was very attentive and knew what he was doing. He then got me over to sign the papers with Jason who was very nice, quick, and efficient. Overall experience from start to finish was Great. I would recommend all 3 of these gentlemen and all 3 of them followed up with me the next day which doesn't happen to often. More

As quick as can be while being professional Over the past few months, Tony has been in discussion with me prior to my lease expiring on my Accord and what plans I had once the lease expired. He would follow up with me regularly asking me if I had any questions, what am I looking for, why style car, etc. As the time approached, I stated what I wanted included in the vehicle, the color, packages, etc and then arranged a day that I could come down to exchange the keys for the new car. Not only did the process move effortlessly, Tony actually came in on his day off to get the deal done. The entire process from the moment I got there until I was signed, sealed, and delivered was just under 1 hour. I just want to thank Tony for the quick and efficient process of getting into a new vehicle that I truly love and to be attentitive to the details we discussed during our many conversations. More

While we waited I wanted to look at and test drive a 2017 Honda Fit Ex-L . I was greeted on the lot by Bill Kopta , he took the time to go over all the working features of the car with me and made me feel comfortable while test driving the Honda Fit . WOW! The Honda Fit was a smooth ride with effortless steering capability . Loads of safety features , with plenty of cargo space for a subcompact . Back at the lot I spotted a yellow 2016 Honda Ex , with no window tint and no leather seats . Even though we did not plan on buying a car , I was very interested in the yellow Honda Fit Ex. ( however I would need leather seats) Bill Kopta said I could have it my way and have the seats reupholstered in top grade leather at Arrowhead Honda. Great , Bill was so very friendly and helpful . I must say in the past we have always been wary of car salesman, so very often with good reason. Going to the dentist for a root canal would be less painful than dealing with a car salesman. Bill Kopta redefined the car salesman stereotype, with his professional, positive, down to earth, no sales gimmicks and no pressure sales approach. He proceeded to take us through the most informative , pleasant car buying experience we have ever had ! ! Bill Kopta is a genuinely honest man with exceptional communication skills !! He went the extra mile for us !! I am very happy with the purchase of my 2016 mystic yellow Honda Fit Ex, all due to Bill Kopta !
