Having never leased a vehicle I had many questions for Jeff Sokol, a business manager at Arrowhead Honda.I was impressed with his knowledge, honesty and taking the time to give me detailed information about a lease vs purchase. Lease terminology, cost, effects on residual value all were patiently explained to me so that I could make an informed decision. I was never pressured to make an immediate decision, as Jeff wanted me to be comfortable with my choice and he wanted to give me as much time and information as I needed. I chose to lease the vehicle and Jeff explained line by line how the financing for a lease worked, I asked about any options or programs that effect a lease and Jeff took the time to explain them. I selected an option that would benefit me and the value of the vehicle when I trade up for a new lease. Thanks to Jeffrey Sokol my questions were answered, an informed decision was made, and I am very comfortable with my choices. Its reassuring to know that the finance and sales departments will take the time to inform a customer of their options while treating them as you would treat a close friend. A+++ to Jeff. More
