Dan Thomas-Excellent Service Advisor I am writing this review about Dan Thomas. Dan Thomas is an excellent service advisor. In my opinion Dan is the best service advisor in the Arrowhea I am writing this review about Dan Thomas. Dan Thomas is an excellent service advisor. In my opinion Dan is the best service advisor in the Arrowhead Honda Service department for the following reasons: 1) Dan is very kind, courteous, and friendly. This makes bringing your car to get serviced a much better experience. 2) Dan has more technical expertise than your good service advisor. 3) Dan makes sure that your car gets serviced and fixed, providing detailed information about the problems and resolution. 4) Dan goes above and beyond his regular job duties to help you. Because of Dan's experience and expertise in the automotive industry (#4 on my list), I was able to take my car to an excellent body shop to get repaired after a poor job was done by a previous body shop. Awesome job Dan!! More

It was a pleasant and good experience. My wife and I went in to just look at the new 2016 Honda odyssey. Our salesman was Sam Slater. We had a 2006 Honda Odyssey with 125,000 miles, but it My wife and I went in to just look at the new 2016 Honda odyssey. Our salesman was Sam Slater. We had a 2006 Honda Odyssey with 125,000 miles, but it was still in cream puff condition. Sam gave us a fair trade in value for our minivan and a significant discount on a new Honda Odyssey Elite. Sam was always very courteous and explained everything in detail. He went through all the upgrades from my older vehicle to the new vehicle and how to use them. Neither my wife or I feel like we retained everything, but we feel very comfortable that Sam will continue to help us learn all the new additional apps available in our new car. I would highly recommend Sam to my family and friends if and when they are interested in a new Honda car of any model as he is well informed but never excessive in pressure. Richard Urwiller More

He explained every detail to us clearly, and in a language we could understand. He asked what color, and My fiancé said "blue", and before you know it, a shiny, new Honda Accord was waiting for us to test drive. We both love the car, and am very grateful to Andres for his kindness, and attentiveness to our particular situation.
