Some dealers, one in particular, we eliminated from consideration due to their high pressure attitudes, others just didn't have what we were looking for. The Honda Pilot seems to be a very popular vehicle and we thought we were going to have to consider settling on something less than our ideal. After seeing on the Arrowhead inventory website that they had the vehicle we were looking for, color and everything, I expressed interest through email contact. After that, the process couldn't have been easier. A simple email response and later that day I had my car. A definite plus was that it was not loaded with expensive dealer add-on that we had seen at other dealers; just a couple of essentials. Salesperson Ken Jugan was as pleasant and personable a representative that we could have hoped for. He showed in detail the features included in this very high-tech, for us anyway, vehicle.
