Eric, the internet manager, helped in the negotiations before my wife and I with our 2 year old arrived at the dealership. The new Pilot was cleaned and ready before we got there. Anybody buying a vehicle at the dealership with kids understands how important it is to get in and out. Charlie had us finished in less than an hour.
