Jason Caldera, My First Choice as a Salesperson! I would sooner go to the dentist than buy a car from a dealer. Arrowhead Honda is better than most of the dealers I have experiencer over my 75 years. According to my research I believe they were overpriced. Best Car Buy Experience of My Life with Marshall and Jeff I had Marshall as my sale representative. It was the best car purchase I have ever made. Marshall made me feel wanted and the purchase stress free. I went to the dealership after a long 9 hour day at work so I was super tired when I went in but I couldn't wait any longer to get a car. I told Marshall what I was looking for either an accord or civic. I told him I wanted black or white, iPhone hook up, black leather interior and it had to be a four door. Marshall told me right away I have the perfect car for you; which he was spot on. I got a Honda Accord Sport. It was the perfect car for me and my daughter. Marshall was so professional and work so hard not to just get a sale like most car salesman, but he made sure the car fit my needs and finances. Marshall had the best customer service and was a joy to work with. I also closed my paperwork with Jeff. He was so considerate and explain everything I was signing in detail. I usually hate going into finance because they are always in a hurry and just say "sign here" with no personality. Jeff was not like that at all he actually was amazing and didn't pressure me into buying anything and if I didn't buy he didn't make a smart ignorant comment like most finance guys due at dealerships. I'm so pleased with Marshall's and Jeff's service with their professionalism, needs of what I wanted and how they made me feel special and not just another deal.
