This gentleman went above and beyond the call of service to take care of al I recently took my vehicle in for service and was assisted by David Scott. This gentleman went above and beyond the call of service to take care of all of my needs, got me a fair and honest price without feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I was provided with a rental (free of charge) and he made sure to get me in and out of there quickly and made sure my care was finished at the time specified. David made me feel like I was his most important customer (I'm sure he does this for everyone) and was very direct about what my vehicle needed and recommended future repairs to be completed in order to maintain a longer life for my already old 2003 Honda Accord with 205k miles on it. Satisfaction Guaranteed!!! I recently purchased my third Honda from Arrowhead through one of the best, most knowledgeable salesman I have dealt with in a long time. Jeff Anders I recently purchased my third Honda from Arrowhead through one of the best, most knowledgeable salesman I have dealt with in a long time. Jeff Anderson asked me what I was looking for and showed me different models to choose from. I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V and it was exactly what I wanted. I traded in a 2013 Honda CR-V with 7700 miles on it, so I wasn't buying a car out of "need" but out of "want." Jeff understood this and worked with me to get a reasonable deal. Besides his salesmanship, he is a nice man and a pleasure to deal with. The only question I have for HONDA, is why don't they cover their warranty for a longer period of time and on more items? The extended warranty is excessively expensive and if I had taken the FULL warranty, I could have bought one-half of another Honda. No fault of Jeff or the Business Manager, but Honda should be aware of this discrepancy? Thanks also to your Service Department. I have been very satisfied with them for all my past services and look forward to any help I need in the future. More
