I returned the following Saturday looking for Frank because he was not at all pushy during my first visit. He was honest & upfront about the pros & cons of leasing. So, I sought Frank to be my Salesman. And then there was Walter M!!!. Walt was very patient going over the details of the contract and service agreement. There is so much information to digest and Walt offered to explain anything that I didn't understand regardless of when my questions surfaced. (on Monday I returned for clarification of a few things & Walt was as genuine as if we had first met). What REALLY impressed me was that Walt was interested in surveying Financial Institutions that would give ME the lowest interest rate on MY terms! Such personable, professional service! There are so many "warnings" for women going to dealerships to purchase a vehicle on their own. I challenge any female looking for a great deal to visit Frank G. & Walt M. at Arrowhead Honda!
